Authors registration and camera ready submission
Please follow the following guidelines to complete the camera ready submission:- Register to the conference by June 20th, 2018 with at least one full registration by an author of the paper at https://asap18-registration.necst.it. Within the registration form, please also specify the ID of the paper being registered. In case you have several accepted papers where the same presenter will be present at the conference, perform multiple full registrations, one for each presented paper.
- Please prepare the camera ready paper according to the reviewers comments. Submissions must use the double-column IEEE conference proceedings format. The camera ready paper for a FULL paper must not exceed 9 pages, out of which 8 pages are included in the conference registration and the 9th page, if needed, has an extra cost of 100 €. The camera ready paper for a SHORT paper must not exceed 4 pages.
- Complete and sign the IEEE copyright transfer form that has been sent to you be e-mail.

Validate your camera ready submission with IEEE PDF eXpress®:
- Log in to the IEEE PDF eXpress® site at https://www.pdf-express.org/.
- First-time users should do the following: I) Select the New Users - Click Here link. II) Enter the following: 45161X for the Conference ID, your email address, a password, Continue to enter information as prompted. An Online confirmation will be displayed and an email confirmation will be sent verifying your account setup.
- Previous users of IEEE PDF eXpress® need to follow the above steps, but should enter the same password that was used for previous conferences. Verify that your contact information is valid.
- Submit your camera ready paper, validated via IEEE PDF eXpress®, to https://asap18-registration.necst.it/camera-ready.php specifying also your paper ID by June 20th, 2018 at the latest. Paper which are not submitted by this date cannot be included into the conference proceedings.
